Kamala Harris’ VP pick Tim Walz is brutally mocked for ‘campaigning for Trump’ after bizarre ‘four more years’ rant
MAGA world erupted in mockery of Gov. Tim Walz after he appeared to push a new party taking over the White House next year.
Walz told a crowd in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania on Saturday: ‘We can’t afford four more years of this.’
The line is usually reserved for candidates campaigning against an incumbent executive they are looking to oust and implement change. But in this case, current Vice President Kamala Harris and her running mate are looking to take over for Democrat President Joe Biden.
‘Kamala is in office right now,’ one X user pointed out. ‘She’s the ‘this.’
Another user wrote: ‘I’m not sure if you know this Tim but your current running mate is kinda the VP.’
Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz was mocked on right-wing Twitter for seeming to campaign for new leadership in the White House by saying at a Pennsylvania rally: ‘We can’t afford four more years of this’
‘When your opponent campaigns for you,’ a highly followed ‘America First’ account wrote on X, formerly Twitter, adding of the ‘four more years’ comment: ‘We agree, Timmy!’
Republicans often point to policies implemented by the Biden-Harris administration that the Party claims has led to a swift decline in the last four years.
Specifically, they point to economic policies and open border initiatives that have caused two of the biggest issues for voters this election cycle: the economy and inflation,
‘WALZ FINALLY TELLS THE TRUTH: ‘We can’t afford four more years’ of Kamala Harris,’ the Trump War Room account wrote.
The Minnesota Governor made the remarks in the midst of a campaign rally in the battleground swing state of Pennsylvania on Saturday.
Walz was talking about steps he took to restrict firearm sales in his state: ‘Things like we did in Minnesota, to have enhanced background checks and red flag laws, to get guns out of there, to make a difference.’
‘And I still got my guns to go shoot pheasants in a couple weeks…’ he was saying before he strayed off to address a rally goer who appeared to need medical attention.
Candidates advocating for change usually comes by a challenge to an incumbent. But Walz’s running mate Kamala Harris is the one leading the 2024 Democratic ticket and she is currently vice president to President Joe Biden
‘We need some water, can we get [a] check on him?’ the vice presidential nominee said, pointing to someone in the audience.
A few minutes later, Walz went back to the state of the race and started wrapping his stump speech by criticizing Trump and his running mate Sen. J.D. Vance.
‘I’ll bring her home here quick, folks,’ the Democrat said. ‘Look, Kamala Harris made it clear these guys want to instill fear. They want to tell you… just get over it, it’s a fact of life. This is the way it is.’
‘[Harris] simply has said it doesn’t have to be this way,’ he went on. ‘It doesn’t have to be this way.’
‘We can’t afford four more years of this,’ he concluded.

Tim Walz’s family members reveal they are backing TRUMP in bombshell leaked photo
A new leaked image shows members of vice presidential candidate Gov. Tim Walz’s family are supporting his Republican rival.
The photo shared by former Nebraska GOP gubernatorial candidate Charles W. Herbster shows eight people wearing ‘Nebraska Walz’s for Trump’ t-shirts.
A representative for Herbster told DailyMail.com those posing are related to Walz through his grandfather’s brother.
‘Tim Walz’s family back in Nebraska wants you to know something…’ Herbster captioned the image.
Trump replied to the image on Wednesday by previewing he plans to ‘meet’ with another member of Walz’s family who is not in the image – the governor’s older brother Jeff, who the former president says endorses his White House bid.
The photo quickly went viral among MAGA users who say his own family’s opposition to his candidacy is proof that people should be wary of voting for a Harris-Walz ticket.

The Kamala Harris-Tim Walz campaign did not respond to DailyMail.com’s request for comment on the image and the growing number of family members coming out in support of the Donald Trump– J.D. Vance Republican ticket.
The image of the grammatically incorrect t-shirts donned by a faction of pro-Trump Walz family members comes after it was revealed that the Democratic vice presidential nominee’s brother warned against people allowing him into the White House.
Jeff Walz, 67, lives in Florida and is Kamala Harris’ running mate’s older brother. He posted about his brother’s character in a Facebook post last week.
I’m 100% opposed to all his ideology,’ he stated in one of the posts.
But Jeff now admits he didn’t mean to influence voters with his social media activity.
‘It wasn’t my intent, it wasn’t our intent as a family, to put something out there to influence the general public,’ Jeff Walz told NewsNation.
‘I was getting a lot of feedback from my friends, old acquaintances, thinking that I was feeling the same way that my brother did on the issues, and I was trying to clarify that just to friends,’ he continued.
‘I used Facebook, which wasn’t the right platform to do that. But I will say, I don’t agree with his policies.’
Trump posted on Truth Social on Wednesday the image of the Walz family and said he plans to meet Walz’s brother.
‘Thank you very much, Jeff,’ the former president wrote. ‘It is a Great Honor to have your Endorsement.’
‘I look forward to meeting you soon!’
A growwing number of Walz’s family are coming out in opposition to his vice presidential candidacy with Kamala Harris leading the Democratic ticket
Trump reposted the image to his Truth Social account on Wednesday and previewed he would be meeting a family member not pictured – Gov. Walz’s older brother Jeff
Tim Walz’s estranged brother named Jeff (pictured left with wife Laurie) said on Facebook last week that the Minnesota governor is ‘not the type of character you want making decisions about your future’
The married father-of-two was urged on Facebook to throw his weight behind the Trump campaign by other users.
Jeff, who lives in Freeport, Florida with his wife Laurie, followed up by responding to others who told him to ‘speak up … at this pivotal moment in history.’
‘I’ve thought long and hard about doing something like that! I’m torn between that and just keeping my family out of it,’ Jeff replied.
‘The stories I could tell. Not the type of character you want making decisions about your future.’
He noted that it has been eight years since speaking to his younger brother Tim.
Roughly two weeks before the Democratic National Convention last month, Vice President Harris announced that she picked the Minnesota governor as her running mate after narrowing it down to him, Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro and Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly.
Walz, a former school teacher, was first was elected to public office in 2006 and served as a U.S. representative for Minnesota’s 1st congressional district from 2007 through 2019 – when he left to become his state’s governor.
The governor and his wife Gwen share two children, Hope and Gus.
