Born on February 4, 1981, she is an  Egyptian actress  known for her soft beauty and gentle personality. Zeina began her career as a model in video clips using her real name Wesam. Director Daoud Abdel Sayed chose her to play Hanna in the movie  Land of Fear . This was Zeina’s first film, helping her quickly become a famous actress.
