Former CNN host Don Lemon was shocked to find so many supporters of former President Donald Trump in Atlantic City, New Jersey, which is a popular vacation destination for residents of Pennsylvania and New York as well.

“Trump for the win,” said the first man encountered by Lemon on the Atlantic City boardwalk. When asked why, the man said that Kamala Harris is “not ready” to be president and rejected the notion that he only dislikes her because she is a woman.

The next man stated that his “money is on Harris,” though he personally wants Trump to secure the victory. “Why don’t you like Harris?” Lemon followed up, at which point the man stated that she “doesn’t have any experience.”

The next woman also voiced her support for Trump and pointed to his support for the military and handling of geopolitical threats.

“If you’re in a gambling town, who’s your money on?” Lemon asked another couple. Without hesitation, the man stated that he will be supporting Trump for economic reasons. “Four years ago it was a-lot better. I made a-lot more money than I do right now,” he said.

Lemon pushed back by trying to claim that the Biden-Harris Administration is an economic success, something that American voters have long disagreed with, as evidenced by months of consistent polling data. “I know you feel that way, but that’s not actually what the record shows. The economy is actually better under Biden,” Lemon said, drawing an immediate laugh from the man.

It did not stop there, as the next interviewee also expressed enthusiastic support for the former president. “All the people that came to this country legally, it’s not fair that they’re letting all 10,000 to 15,000 people or 20,000 people here illegally. Have you seen San Diego?” he said. “They’re coming off the boats, off the water right here, off the ocean. Did you know Biden was flying them in? Did you know Biden was flying them in? Did you, you didn’t know that?”
