JD Vance thinks George Soros will ‘pay to fly Black women into US for abortions’

JD Vance has been slammed for controversial comments about childless families and abortion rights, and a newly unearthed podcast interview has added to the growing list.

In an interview from 2022, Vance highlighted a baseless conspiracy theory that Geroge Soros, the billionaire philanthropist, would fund planes filled with black women to cross state lines for abortions.

The Ohio Senator has been under fire for his utterly false comments about Haitian migrants eating cats and his remarks after a Georgia school shooting.

“I’m sympathetic to the view that like, okay, look here, here’s a situation – let’s say Roe v Wade is overruled,” Vance said in a recently resurfaced podcast interview.

“Ohio bans abortion in 2022, or let’s say 2024. And then, you know, every day George Soros sends a 747 to Columbus to load up disproportionately Black women to get them to go have abortions in California. And of course, the left will celebrate this as a victory for diversity – uh, that’s kind of creepy.”

Abortion rights have been a huge talking point in the election cycle so far, as it is one of the most vital issues on the Democrats’ platform in the 2022 midterm elections and is a crucial issue for their 2024 campaigns.

While Black women have historically sought a higher rate of abortions before Roe fell, there are systematic factors that have led to that rate, including that women live in areas where it is harder to access contraception.

In the interview, Vance asked whether or not the federal government would need to step in.

“And, and it’s like, if that happens, do you need some federal response to prevent it from happening? Because it’s really creepy. And I’m pretty sympathetic to that actually. So, you know, how hopefully we get to a point where Ohio bans abortion in California and the Soroses of the world respect it.”

In response to the circulating Vance comments, the Kamala Harris campaign has already posted the audio to showcase how Vance truly feels about abortion, even though he claimed in 2024 that an abortion ban would not be passed Trump’s admiration.

Donald Trump has repeatedly claimed that he believes in the three exceptions: rape, incest, and protecting the life of the mother, but has also claimed that it should be up to the states to decide their abortion stances.

Trump is aware that anti-abortion legislation is not popular and has tried to flip his position after celebrating the overturn of Roe V. Wade.

The Vance campaign has already issued a response to the 2022 interview.

JD Vance thừa nhận những lập luận quan trọng về quyền phá thai sau khi dự luật của Ohio bị bác bỏ

“Senator Vance has made his position clear: he agrees with President Trump that each state should have the chance to individually set their own abortion laws,” Taylor Van Kirk, a spokeswoman for Vance, said in a statement.

“Desperate attacks from Democrats will not distract voters from the deadly effects of Kamala’s wide-open border, the untenable cost of living caused by her inflationary spending or any other aspect of her far-left, radical agenda.”

Donald Trump makes history as first US ex-president to use Bitcoin in live transaction

Donald Trump made a groundbreaking transaction using Bitcoin at a renowned New York City bar and restaurant that accepts the cryptocurrency.

This marked the first time a former US president has utilized Bitcoin in a transaction.

As reported by Pubkey on X on September 18, Trump leveraged Bitcoin to buy hamburgers at the NYC bar, with prominent BTC advocate and Professional Capital Management CEO Anthony Pompliano in attendance.

Notably, this development came mere days after Trump announced the launch of a token through the World Liberty Financial crypto platform, which is managed by members of his family.

Despite having previously expressed skepticism about Bitcoin, labeling it a “scam” and stating that crypto is “based on thin air,” Trump has since become an advocate for BTC miners as part of his 2024 campaign.

He even spoke at the Bitcoin 2024 conference in Nashville.

Although Pubkey’s marketing team declined to confirm via Telegram whether the BTC transaction was completed on the Lightning Network, a video showed Trump purchasing at least a dozen hamburgers, which he distributed to attendees, referring to them as “crypto burgers.”

It is reported that Trump holds at least $1 million in crypto, while former US President Bill Clinton has also held Bitcoin, which was given to him at a 2016 event.

The Republican contender voiced confidence, asserting he “had a real chance at winning” New York’s electoral college votes this November, despite the fact that Democrats have been victorious in every election there since 1988.

A recent ActiVote survey indicates that Vice President Kamala Harris holds a notable 16-point lead over Trump in the Empire State.

Vice President Harris, unlike Trump, hasn’t woven crypto into her campaign narrative. Analysts surmise that she is not expected to markedly diverge from the current Biden administration regarding crypto and blockchain policy stances

A top aide for Harris mentioned in August that the Vice President would “support policies” that bolster the growth of the cryptocurrency sector.

Future Forward, the political group rallying behind the Democratic presidential hopeful, is open to receiving donations in the form of cryptocurrency.
