In a stunning report from the Daily Mail’s Emily Goodwin, the tabloid paper’s Senior White House Correspondent, it was alleged by Goodwin that President Joe Biden was “visibly shaking” as he exited the Air Force One jet, walking down the stairway, and was unable to get into the presidential SUV on his own after getting off the plain.

Goodwin’s report came after President Biden spoke at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, and so was reportedly awake for nearly 24 hours at the time of the alleged incident. The alleged incident with the reportedly “shaking” president occurred early on Tuesday morning, just before sunrise, after President Biden spoke late at night the night before.

Goodwin does appear to have been with them, as she posted, when they exited the planes, pictures of them exiting and said, “POTUS arrives in California. Natalie exited plane with him and FLOTUS. Many Bidens came off the back of the plane: Hunter carrying a sleepy Baby Beau and Melissa Cohen, Ashley and Howard, Finnegan, Maisy, Little Hunter and Peter and Naomi.”

In her report in the Daily Mail on what happened with President Joe Biden as he disembarked from the presidential jet in the wee hours of the morning in California on Tuesday, August 20, Goodin claimed, “As Joe Biden disembarked Air Force One in the early hours of Tuesday morning in California last week, he was visibly shaking.” Continuing after noting that the incident occurred early in the morning, Goodin alleged:

Walking slowly down the plane’s stairs, he struggled to step up into the SUV waiting to take him to the 8,000-acre Santa Barbara ranch where he and his family have just enjoyed a week-long vacation. One of his Secret Service agents moved to shield him from the watching cameras, before giving him a helpful boost into the car.

That’s not all. Continuing with her report on what happened when the president landed, Goodin alleged that Dr. Jill Biden was quite obviously concerned with what was happening with her husband, writing, “On the tarmac, First Lady Jill Biden watched, visibly concerned. For her husband — who dropped out of the election race almost a month ago to the date — had just ended his exhausting journey . . .”

President Biden’s speech during the DNC in Chicago went less than well for him. For example, speaking in front of the DNC audience and making his characteristic gaffes, Biden said, “Women are now without electrical… will not allowed… not without… electric… electoral…”. According to the official transcript from the White House, Biden was rallying the crowd in his administration’s effort toward “protecting” the freedom to “vote,” “love,” and “choose” before sounding off on the Roe v. Wade decision over two years ago.

Biden continued, the White House transcript notes, stumbling over his words and saying, “In its d- — in its decision overturning Roe v. Wade, as you heard earlier tonight, the United States Supreme Court majority wrote the following.  Quote, “Women are now without electrical — with no- — not allowed” — (inaudible) — “not without electoral — electoral” — (laughter) — “or political power.”  (Applause.)  No kidding.”
