WATCH: Tarlov Melts Down On “The Five” Over RFK Jr. And Trump Joining Forces

During a recent segment of Fox News’ “The Five,” chaos erupted between co-host Jessica Tarlov, often the dissenting liberal voice on the show, and the rest of the panel.  In the broadcast, Tarlov took issue with former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kenendy Jr. dropping out and endorsing former President Donald Trump.

Tarlov slammed the move, which looks to be a significant setback for Democrats in the election landscape, where many RFK Jr. supporters could shit their votes to Trump.  The co-host dismissed Kennedy’s move as a calculated political tactic.  “Okay, I’m just saying that it is he knows that he can have a better job winning by taking him. There’s nothing genuine about this, it’s not because he’s good-hearted,” she said.

Co-host Jesse Watters offered a rebuttal to Tarlov’s commentary, claiming that RFK Jr.’s move was far more genuine than other candidates, such as Jill Stein, who joined sides with Biden after accusing the president of being a racist.  “Well, Jessica, she [Jill Stein] called Biden a racist and then joined his ticket. Are you able to do that in politics?” he said.

Fellow panelist Tyrus then jumped in the conversation, pointing out that RFK Jr. sided with Trump’s campaign because the Republican presidential candidate was willing to discuss policy positions with RFK Jr., something the Democrats seemingly refuse to do.  “The reason why she’s not going to talk to him is because all he wants to talk about is policy,” he said.

He continued, “We’re still waiting to hear those things. I think you can have a meeting, and they’ve had several meetings, or a couple meetings, and they aired out their differences, ow the political process used to be to people who see things very differently. They sit down, they find common ground. Like we don’t agree on this and we agree on this. Unfortunately, we don’t have it.”

Tyrus further opined that he believes the traditional two-party American political system would benefit from competition from other parties.  “Do I think there needs to be more candidates when we make a choice. Yeah, I would love to see a four party system or a three party system. I think the reason why, not only did he not want to be the deciding factor in the swing state.”

The co-host complimented RFK Jr.’s ambitious presidential bid. He had over a million people. He’s done things not to level, I’d say a Ross Perot, but he’s definitely got the idea of being a third candidate in the Americans we’re all thinking about it now, so it might not serve them in terms of what he’s going to do, as far as being a president or that, but it is going to make a lot of people start thinking, You know what? Maybe we should form our own party and things like that.”

Tyrus claimed it was a smart move to meet with RFK Jr. when the Democrats refused to entertain the notion.  “So I think he done a lot of good, and I think it was a mistake, a tactical mistake, not to meet with him, because if they would have met with him, maybe they would have came with the same thing. Because you ask Hillary about the green vote, you know I’m saying, yeah, so show me off the extra party, and you lose Arizona, you’ll have no one to blame but yourself. So it was a good thing, Trump did what Democrats won’t do, because to.”
